The company follows the regulations of the Institute which provides for the sowing of cabbage, chicory and chard, as well as the placing in defined periods of supplementary feeding such as sunflowers, alfalfa, carrots, zucchini and pumpkins.
The snails are fed in a completely natural way.
This method guarantees excellent growth.

EVO
The Olives are harvested completely by hand and their milling takes place straight after, during the same day. The drupes are sent to the transformation process intact and in the best state of conservation in order to always have High Quality Oils. The olive oil is extracted using a continuous, 2-phase, modern and technological crusher that ensures a rapid processing at low temperatures and in absolutely perfect conditions of hygiene.

Cosmetics
Snail slime applied to the skin stimulates the formation of collagen, elastin and dermal components that repair the signs of aging, while the protein content helps to give the skin a healthy and radiant appearance. It also supports the protective
barrier and slows down the
premature aging process of the skin.

THE OLIVE GROVES
The varieties of the olive trees grown in Abruzzo are ancient and all have peculiar characteristics.
Cascina Bruno grows about 1300 olive trees of
6 different cultivars:
Leccino, Dritta, Coratina, Leccio del Corno,
Intosso and Castiglionese.
These olive trees have been planted in different years, ranging between 40 years to one year.
Who we are
Our Cascina Bruno sinks its roots in Elice, in the heart of Pescara hinterland: a familiar reality that looks after its own olive groves and its oils with scrupulous attention. The extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm is obtained exclusively from olives harvested within the company. The olive trees are located on top of Elice’s hills in the province of Pescara where the climatic conditions allow us to obtain a product of especially high value. The Olives are harvested completely by hand and their milling takes place straight after, during the same day. The drupes are sent to the transformation process intact and in the best state of conservation in order to always have High Quality Oils. The Olive oil is extracted using a continuous, 2-phase, modern and technological crusher that ensures a rapid processing at low temperatures and in absolutely perfect conditions of hygiene. Finally, the packaging for which we use exclusively dark glass for the bottles and aluminum for the tanks, which both ensure that the organoleptic properties of our oils are preserved over the time and can be appreciated for a long time on your tables.

Cherasco Method Snail
Italy is the first country in the world for production in breeding of the gastronomy snail helix. The Cherasco Method snail is far better than that collected in the wild or raised by not respecting the disciplinary of the Institute. The Cherasco Method snail is a guarantee of health and hygiene as it is fed exclusively on selected vegetables and is been kept in conditions in the enclosures controlled hygienic-environmental.
