Harvesting period: from the 12th to the 17th of October 2018
Flavors and taste: obtained from the best olives of the Dritta and Leccino varieties in percentages such as to obtain a bright gold green oil with a medium herbaceous fruity with hints of artichoke. In the mouth explode well distinct but balanced sensations of bitter and spicy that emphasize the flavor of the artichoke, leaving an harmonious
taste on the palate.
Pairings: It goes well with almost all dishes of Mediterranean cuisine.
