Profumo e sapore: ottenuto dalla migliore olive delle varietà Dritta e Leccino in percentuali tali così da ottenere un olio di colore verde oro brillante con un fruttato medio erbaceo con note di carciofo. Al gusto esplodono sensazioni di amaro e piccante ben distinte e in equilibrio che ribadiscono i profumi del carciofo lasciando al palato un sapore armonioso.
Abbinamenti: si abbina alla quasi totalità dei piatti della cucina mediterranea.
