The amount that will be charged to the customer may be subject to change as it is based on fluctuating exchange rates and bank charges.
We invite the buyer to contact their bank to request detailed information on exchange rates and bank fees relating to their transaction.
Returns
Returns can be made within 3 days of delivery of the order.
The items you wish to return or exchange must have been purchased from the “www.cascinabruno.it” website and must have already been delivered.
In the event of a return, the customer can request a refund by means of a discount coupon or in cash. The discount coupon is issued immediately after the conclusion of the return procedure and can be used within one year for a future purchase on “www.cascinabruno.com. The discount coupon is in no case redeemable for cash.
To receive a refund, the items must be returned in their original packaging together with the instructions for use, accessories and, finally, the original barcodes and labels.
If an item is returned damaged, used or without its original packaging, Cascina Bruno reserves the right to refuse it.
When the return has to be made due to an error by Cascina Bruno (wrong quantity, wrong product, faulty product …), the aforementioned will be free and we will collect it. Before proceeding with the return shipment, it will be necessary to contact customer service who will explain the correct procedure in detail. Otherwise, the return could become the responsibility of the customer, who will have to take care of the shipment. The return / refund will be made as soon as our operators verify that the product is exactly in the condition in which it was initially shipped or declared by the customer: new, with label, without signs of wear or bad smells.
